I don't know if this is really a bug or that the functionality is not implemented now but people cannot be tagged in the notes (016.png), so that the notes appear in the About me tab of the tagged people. Please confirm if this is a missing functionality or a bug

Per Facebook’s req: Open bugs should be forwarded to Fb’s new internal bug tracking system. Following their guidelines, all current unassigned bugs will be placed into a single spreadsheet and sent over to Fb’s new system. Michael Ellis will be the assignee for these bugs and will update each as feedback is received from Fb.

Hi Michael I'm still not able to tag friends on any of the notes that I write but on the web version I'm not able either so I guess this is not a feature that FB has @Michael, could you be so kind to confirm this?

Adding tagging to Notes in Fb would be a new feature request, yes. Tagging of friends is possible in a status update, but not currently for Notes.
