Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140910000202 2) Open Browser app from the homescreen. 3) Attempt to open up new tabs by clicking on the icon in the top right-hand corner. Actual: The new tabs icon located in the top right hand corner of the screen, in the browser, does not activate, nor allow user to open up new tabs. Expected: The new tabs icon in the browser allows user to open up multiple tabs.
