"Call failed; see console for details." is an unhelpful error message for people who have no idea what 'console' refers to

In the attached screenshot, you'll see error bars that say to "see console for details". This is very developer-focused, and most people won't know what a console is let alone where to find the console.
Due to string freeze, we can't change this string, but we can probably replace it with something that won't confuse people.
Perhaps we can use generic_failure_title=Something went wrong.
