Details
Opening www.golem.de and trying to scroll up and down the page feels very janky. Opening golem.de in a tab in a non-e10s window feels a lot better.

Related, or at least worth to note, might be that under load (when building Firefox in the background) scrolling is a lot worse in remote tabs than in non-remote tabs. The same goes for text input but I should probably file another bug? Or it might just all be related to event handling.

I wonder if that's related to bug 1067135. The content process behaves normally right now and scrolling feels alright.

Scrolling on www.golem.de works fine for me in latest Nightly build.

This might be masked by APZ on Nightly (and therefore might still affect Aurora).
