Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0 Build ID: 20140911151253 Steps to reproduce: Seems that the Mozilla developers have just **** up the Firefox browser. If I open webpages from links, bookmarks or saved sessions many of the pages won't fully load they just load some 20-30% then you have to hit the refresh button for every single webpage for them to fully load. This behavior didn't happened before its an exclusive Firefox 32 premium Feature/BUG :P Actual results: Sites/webpages fail to open/load, Firefox 32 is a complete Failure. I tested mostly on sites like chaturbate.com but it fails on any site as well. Addon's that I use latest versions: Adblock Edge with Easylist, EasyPrivacy, Fanboys Social Blocking list FireGestures Grab and Drag TabMixPlus Expected results: As I mentioned before this is an Firefox 32 exclusive failure/BUG
I should mention that I have the option "Override automatic cache management" set at 0 MB, on Tools>Options>Network settings
(In reply to macster_smart from comment #1) > I should mention that I have the option "Override automatic cache > management" set at 0 MB, on Tools>Options>Network settings There is a known bug with disabled cache that could cause something like this. Could you please change the cache size back to a normal value and if you still get the issue try the Firefox safemode http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
O yeah I enabled it and it works like a charm but I'm still unhappy about the fact that developers screwed it. Do you have any idea when this BUG will be fixed ?
The developers replaced the whole old (10years) disk cache code with a complete rewritten one and it normal that there are bugs that get only noticed by the mass of endusers. We have beta testers but they are only a few compared to our release users. marking as dupe of bug 1066726
