This problem is initially discovered by Hong and confirmed by Joe.

With the current 0.9.4 build, Office XP version of CJK Global IMEs is not
working with mozilla. It can not be enabled. The Office XP Global IMEs can be
downloaded from:

http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2002/imejpn.aspx

Both Hong and Joe saw the problem on English Win98.

These are the same XP CJK GIMEs between Win9x and WinNT, I am sure you can 
repro it on WinNT.

Contact Microsoft and confirmed that they are using the Text Service Framework.

ruixu: NS6.2 works with GlobalIME-XP-Ko; but mozillia doesn't work. Don't know why.
Can you try this with NS6.2?  I am using W2K-Ja Thanks

This is not a Win2K issue.

On Windows 2K, the Global IMEs work in any application since that OS has
full-featured East Asian input support built in. On Windows Me, Windows 98,
Windows 95, and Windows NT 4.0, the Global IMEs work only in supporting applications.

I also tried NS6.2 and Mozillia with Global IMEs 5.02 and Office XP Global
IMEs, both of them are working on JA Win2K.

How did you install GlobalIME 5.02 on Win2K-Ja?  The install doesn't
allow you to install it.  

But Office XP GlobalIME allows to install on Win2K-Ja.

Sorry for confusing, it is a typo. It should be Global IME 2000, not Global
IMEs 5.02. Global IME 2000 can be installed from Win2K CD.
