[Blocking Requested - why for this release]: This is a regression of an important feature.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Contacts app from Home screen
2. Select "+" icon (from right top corner) to add new contact 
3. Enter contact name, Mobile number
4. Now select "Add picture" and add contact picture from Gallery
5. Now select "Done" option from the top right corner to save the contact number with image
6. Now make MO voice call from reference device to DUT

Observed: The contact photo is not displayed during the voice call
Expected: The contact photo is displayed during the voice call

Tracking this in bug 1066869, right now is a 2.0+, we will nominate that one to 2.1 as well.
