We have a whitelist of target items in UITour (for both API and security reasons). Periodically, we find we want something in that list for a tour/marketing campaign, and need a bug to add to that list. This becomes a bit awkward if we want to use it in a short amount of time. At the moment, the list is a bit sparse - so bugs like that happen more than it should. I think we should go through the existing widgets/features, and bulk add things that seem relevant.

Note: This isn't explicitly needed for the tour, but we want to eventually use UITour in SUMO articles. I don't know when SUMO will end up doing that, but AFAIK this bug isn't a high priority at the moment.
