In non-e10s (firefox) windows it is possible to activate context menu items with fewer clicks and faster by following following instructions:

1. Click and *do not* release secondary mouse button. Context menu appears.
2. Hover over desired menu item.
3. Release the secondary mouse button – the menu item will be activated and context menu will disappear.

With e10s this fails as context menu will not react to the cursor until one releases the secondary mouse button.

Relevant on both GTK2 and GTK3.
