This should be doable with a two finger swipe. For this to work, the view needs to listen to wheel events.
Diego, is this something we can address relatively easily?

You will need to turn on the screen reader. 

1. You could do that by enabling the sceen reader section in the dev section in settings, and then going to accessibility->screen reader in settings.

2. or you activate it by pressing volume up down in succession 6 times.

The screen reader will override direct touches to the screen, so it will change the behavior of your device. Check out this page to learn more:
