User Story

As a user I want to be able to reduce the screen space that a group takes up on the homescreen so that I can hide apps that I don't use all of the time as well as to make it easier to scroll through a larger number of apps.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. By using the method described by the UX spec, a given app group is collapsed resulting in the collapsed state described by the UX spec.
2. Interaction and visuals match UX spec.

This issue is verified fixed on Flame 3.0 The user is able to collapse groups on the homescreen. The collapsed groups will hide any apps passed the 6th icon in the row to allow the user to only show what is more frequently used.
