I manage Operator Shelf for my organization and I need to learn how to use the new Operator Shelf tools.

30-60 minute meeting set up with Telenor on Thursday 11th Dec, for the purpose of previewing the Operator Shelf Tools. Scott has agreed to demo the capabilities. Note - this is not being delivered as an official UAT (User Acceptance Test). It is an opportunity to preview the new Op shelf tools.
Preview of Operator Shelf Tools provided to Telenor on 11th Dec. The tool meets expectations. Telenor do not require further testing on the Staging environment prior to the launch of the Tools. The feedback is that tool is very intuitive. Closing bug.
