We should have a Django management command which will sign specific add-ons. I suggest support for these examples, but open to input:
# Sign specific file ids
./manage.py signaddon --files <comma separated list of file IDs>
# Sign the latest version of add-ons
./manage.py signaddon --addons <comma separated list of add-on IDs>
The output should print success/failure and also the full file paths that were signed in case they need to be used somewhere.
