Details

We need to speedup the printing regression test so it doesn't pause for long periods of time between page loads. We also need to add more test pages so we know when we are regressing printing.

It would also be a desirable if we could optionally send the print out to a postscript file that could be compared against the previous run's output to catch visual changes.
It would be nice to have this before m0.9.7. CCing rods.
