Steps to reproduce:

- Start With E10S enabled (dom.ipc.processCount = 1) and 300+ tabs

- Using any task manager or system monitor like ProcessXP kill the plugin-conatiner.exe


Actual results:

The main firefox process will take a long time before displaying the message: "Tab Crashed"


Expected results:

The message should appear instantly (just like in chrome) without preventing the user from having a seemless browsing experience but apparently firefox.exe is busy doing something else since the CPU usage will jump when the child process is ended
