Right now, B2G mochitests fail if there's a leak log and the leak exceeds the threshold, but do not fail if there's no leak log in the first place. The main blocker here is that M10 (or sometimes M9, depending on how tests go) end up timing out and not producing a leak log.

Once the M10 timeout is fixed, this will just be a matter of removing the line options.ignoreMissingLeaks.append("default") from testing/mochitest/mochitest_options.py
