"Save Page As...", "Send Page...", and "Send Link..." menu commands aren't grayed-out

Details
The "Save Page As...", "Send Page...", and "Send Link..." menu commands aren't
grayed-out when no browser windows are open and no page is loaded. They don't do
anything when no windows are open, but their menu items are not disabled.
Reporter, this bug report is incomplete. You have omitted the ten-digit Build ID, and also the
complete steps to reproduce the problem.

This bug occurs in the 10/26/01 Mac OS X trunk build.
To reproduce it, just look at the 'File' menu when no browser windows are open.
(I figured this was pretty self-explantory)
Note that this is not an XP Menus problem because the Mac build uses native menus.

These commands do not work on win32 build 2001103003 when they should...
