Tested and landscape mode is available when a Loop mobile call *is established*. Landscape mode *isn't* available when Loop mobile is calling.

you mean before establishing the call, don't you? I think landscape mode is only available when the device is already connected but setting ni to Arnau to confirm it.

The specs are to only allow landscape mode once the call is answered.
