Details
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open marketplace dev hub page: https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/
2. Click on the "Learn how to transfer your account" button.
3. Click on the Learn more link.
Expected results:
A page with information related to accounts migration is opened.
Actual results:
Nothing happens.
Notes/Issues:
