I'm proposing we use #00aac5 for my 2.2 work so lets try that color value for hyper links here.

patch for Gaia/master
That works for the color change, so r+ on the mechanics.
I just want to confirm that specific shade of blue is desired. For other bluish links, like when we show "Show External Images" link in the message reader, we are using #008EAB as the blue color. As long as that is the desired color, the code change is fine with me.
