Description:
After inserting a new SIM, on the notification drop down, the text "tap to monitor usage" is truncated
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141002000202
2) Switch out the SIM card with another valid SIM.
3) Reboot the phone
Actual:
The string "Tap to monitor usage" is truncated
Expected:
No text is truncated

This issue does NOT repro on Flame 2.0(319mb/Full flash) as the European Portuguese language does not exist.
