Hmm. Weird. On Linux 2001103021, I see the same thing, but after clicking Accept and then reloading, it does the correct thing. (moves on to selecting a site).

Does it start downloading after that. coz, I got through that page once but it got stuck after that. Click on the button and nothing happens after that. If this works for you then I need to get the later build.
