+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1069132 +++
This is a bug since if a user with 320x480 devices, such as Buri, the one pixel difference make it isn't actionable since the boundary has been reached. So, I need to spend some time to pin down the root cause.

And this is a cloned bug since for v2.1 we already have a workaround patch. We want to completely resolve this issue while not blocking the release.
