Save attachments are now working. I have put in the temporary implementation to
allow user to save attachment from the message header menubar. The temp stuff
will go away once we have the xul popup menu working.

Mark it as fixed since we do have this implemented although the UI may not be
quiet right yet.

Verified on Linux commercial seamonkey 1999-10-11-14-m11 build under IMAP.

Logged bug 16145 on Mac.  There's no save attachment icon on the message header.

Verified that I can save file under IMAP and POP using win32 and linux
commercial builds.  The builds I tested were:

Could not test on Mac os yet.

I can save attachment under POP, IMAP, and News.
Verified as fixed :-)
