When deleting messages from an IMAP mail folder, there needs to be a way to
unmark a message for deletion that doesn't involve the undo queue because a)
the undo queue goes away when you close the mail window and b) you have to undo
everything you did after deleting the message you undeleted... not good!

The semantic of "delete" in NS4.x was really "toggle delete" so you could hit
the delete key to undelete deleted messages. In NS6.X, the semantic is
just "delete"... with no corresponding "undelete" action available anywhere.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
In an IMAP folder...

1. Select a message
2. Hit the 'delete' key (to mark the message for deletion)

* There is now no way to undelete that message without using the Edit->Undo
Delete Message menu (which isn't always available)
