Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:35.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/35.0
Build ID: 20141009030201

Steps to reproduce:

Go to any video website and start playing with the mouse cursor inside that same tab (assuming e10s is enabled of course)

Actual results:

the FPS drops significantly and sometimes it affects the overall performance of the browser (the main firefox parent process jumps start using too much CPU)

Expected results:

shouldn't affect the browser's performance nor drop the FPS on the video

Is this issue with plugin based video or with html5 video? Can you provide a popular site you see this on?

This sounds like bug 1121811, with the exception of the cursor part. Have you verified in a recent nightly? Could you tell us the date of the nightly you tested this with? Thanks!
