Details

Build: 2001103108, Mac OS 9.1 To reproduce: 1. Launch Mozilla by double-clicking on its icon. 2. Launch Mozilla by double-clicking on its icon. What should happen after step 2: * Mozilla is brought to the front. * A new browser window is opened. What actually happens: * Mozilla is brought to the front. * Nothing else. This problem is particularly bad when Mozilla has no windows open, since it appears that Mozilla can no longer start (it's usually not obvious that it's already running).
This is the kAEReopenApplication event, as documented at http://developer.apple.com/technotes/tn/ tn1102.html#FndrAEVT .
