https://input.allizom.org/en-US/dashboard/response/1005 That suggests it's sending a bare unicode code, but not the unicode character which means the smoke test isn't working right. That should get fixed.

Fixed in https://github.com/mozilla/fjord/commit/c9b83dfe82888b163a65479ce88c96749583ed0f Marking this as FIXED since it has to do with the smoke tests and doesn't require getting pushed to production.
