We tried with fix from bug 1069452 and we are still seeing 1894ms for Camera app launch latency on msm8226(4 cores and 1GB RAM) with following gaia/gecko in v2.1.

I also saw that Mozilla is also hitting 1743ms for Camera app launch latency in 
https://wiki.mozilla.org/B2G/QA/2014-10-02_Performance_Acceptance#Camera

But Android is showing 1323ms for camera app launch latency on same platform.

We need to improve camera app launch latency to match with Android on same platform.

Please also note that we saw 1577ms for camera app launch latency on following gaia/gecko SHA1's on v2.0

This means that we are seeing 1894ms - 1577ms = 320ms regression between v2.1[1] and v2.0[2]

Latest profiling result shows [1] that Camera app launch latency is 1417 ms which very close to Android launch latency 1323ms

We will re-open this bug if we see this regression again !
