This is technically Flash, not Shockwave, although Adobe sure makes the names confusing. David, is this a recent regression for you, starting with yesterday's Nightly? If so, this is a duplicate of bug 1082670. If you have specific steps to reproduce an F139 crash, that helps with debugging, because the signature is typically a generic signal that the Flash process crashed, and doesn't give us much other information.

sorry yes this was from the day before I reported it to QA and they were going to look at the issue
