To pick up bug 1053002 (and bug 1075318 but that should be a no-op).
sheriffs: when this is deployed, the merges in the hours after after may need the use of "IGNORE BAD COMMIT MESSAGES" due to the changes in bug 1053002 - depending on what people have landed since the last merge.
