Details

Both bug 1070096 and bug 1065785 introduced tests that exercise our handling of crashed tabs. Those tests are blocked on bug 1075658 landing, so filing this so that we don't lose track. Also, it might be a good opportunity to fix up the tests for bug 1070096 - specifically, ensuring that we give enough time for the crashed tabs to attempt to send updates (to be rejected).
