The back end for this is complete. I have hooked up a menu item "Load First Draft Message" that will load the first draft message in the folder. Now, there are some issues...there needs to be support for attachments that isn't completed yet. Also, when you send a loaded message from a drafts folder and send it, the original message isn't deleted. These are the bugs that I have marked as dependencies. - rhp

Verified as fixed on windows, mac, and linux builds. I tried launching compose window from messenger, browser, and directly into compose window using the "-compose" parameter.
