Start browser. Regardless of whether a page is loaded or not, click on the lock
icon in the lower right corner of Mozilla.
The Page info dialog does not show. Instead an error message is shown:
XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: chrome://navigator/content/pageInfo.xul
Line Number 52, Column 33:<label class="header" value="&pageInfo.description;"/>

On the console, another error message is shown:
JavaScript error:

Kai,
Does the page info work when invoked from the view menu? If there are problems
there as well, then it's not a PSM bug
