We had this issue lots of times: when we have a network issue, a MMS can't be sent. Sometimes, it's only because we're not in a location with good coverage. But sometimes we have a wrong APN or we don't have the right plan or we're in roaming and we can't access MMSC. We should give more information to the user when this happens. I'm not sure of what we can do now. Maybe we can already detect roaming condition for example?
