reopening, for the following reasons: This is a draft, not a finished, approved UI spec. A link to it should be posted to the appropriate newsgroups (ui, browser, mail, performance,???) for feedback, and approval from the UI/module owners. The images are missing. It combines UI/functionality and internal design, which should be kept separate. UI specs belong elsewhere, and as I emailed you recently there is an outdated one at http://mozilla.org/projects/ui/communicator/framework/quicklaunch/. This new one should be an update.
