I noticed today that at least JS_SetGCCallback is totally wrong and, sadly, wrong in a way that was causing considerable pain and confusion for an innocent servo contributor. We should go through the existing docs, sweep out the obvious garbage and add pages for all the missing new methods in GCAPI.
