On 2.1. Maybe this only happens after a reboot?
Install Zombie pop from marketplace.
Try edge gestures once the app is launched.
The homescreen background shows up in the back.

Additional infos:
* looks like it only reproduces with landscape only apps (not the browser)
* the black overlay is apparently stuck in portrait so at the beginning of the gesture everything looks fine but you have to go further to the see the system background appear
* thankfully the homescreen app itself is correctly setVisible(false)
* my zombie pop score is 2560 ;)

Started building a marionette test with a landscape only fake app: not pretty :/
Even more broken than calling the simulator rotation code directly...
