not sure if its a dupe, since this bug is about restarting, while bug 1061797 is toggling airplane mode. Marking this a dependent bug for now.

Hey Tony, bug 1061797 isn't about Airplane mode, it's merely the mechanism for ensuring that you can see after reboot that the time doesn't get fixed. This is a dupe of bug 1061797, and also this is a dupe of bug 1069863 which was also duped against that bug. Yo dawg, I hear you like dupes...
