I am attempting to download the JAXB reference implementation from Sun's site. This requires me to click an "Accept" button stating my agreement to the licensing terms. Most of the time when I click this button I am brought to the top of the page. I have had this happen on both Windows and Linux platforms. I have only seen this on the java.sun.com site. The URL I have included is another site I have had this problem with (it will probably require a login before you can get to that site). It almost appears like it is attempting to set a cookie and failing because when I open another window and attempt to download it works. My browser preferences allow for all cookies to be set.
