When I go into the Cookie Acceptance Policy, it gives 4 levels of privacy. Then
in the custom privacy area, it shows 8 drop downs on the right side which lets
you select "Accept", "Session", or "Reject". Should there be some context there
as to when each dropdown applies? Happens in 2001110803 (and some earlier builds
since i noticed the page was there).

This is a pretty serious regression. Looks like another casualty of bug 108762.
