Environment:

Firefox 34 beta
Win 7 x86_64 & Ubuntu 12.04 x86_64 & Mac OS X 10.7.5
Steps to reproduce:
-----------------------------
1. Goto "Options -> General -> Startup -> When Firefox starts: ", choose "Show a blank page"
2. Restart Firefox
3. Restore down the window of Firefox if Firefox starts up with a maximized window.
If not, maximize the window first, then restore down.
4. Maximize the window of Firefox
Actual result:
-------------------------------------------------
1. Parts of the screen blacks out
2. Goto "Options -> Advanced -> General",
uncheck "use hardware acceleration when available",
then repeat step 2 ~ 4,
--> parts of the screen blacks out.

1. Open a new tab, and then go back to the blank page, it returns to normal.
