After just updating my device, the 'Device information' page tells me it was apparently last updated before I was born.
It shows as: 'Last Updated: 02/01/1970 5:56 PM' (I should note I'm using the en-GB locale, so it's only around 1 day and 6 hours off 0 unix time, not a month.)

I can't reproduce the bug using v188 base image and 2.2 with today's OTA update.
