Like bug 1081323, I changed a mochitest manifest (but not the moz.build file), and this is requiring a clobber.

In this case, I renamed two files, and the non-clobber builds complain about not being able to find the old file names.

In my local debugging, I've found that if I touch the moz.build file, it will trigger the proper mochitest manifest reparse. If I do not, the tests don't update.
