STR:
1. In an e10s window, load http://www.wsj.com/video/

RESULT:
"Sorry, your browser does not appear to support HTML5 video playback. You will need the flash plugin installed to view this video."

I bisected this regression to the following pushlog, which points to bug 641685:

I suspect bug 1091621 will fix this.
