fixed. the following panels have been removed the prefs dialog (Edit | Preferences...) identity mail servers news servers These now live under "Edit | Account Setup..." and "Edit | New Account Wizard..." I've removed them to avoid confusion. cc'ing alecf.
thanks for cleaning that up.
no problem. it was causing confusion: people were trying to set there mail / news / identity prefs, and then wondering why it wasn't working.

Build 1999080413M9: Win32/NT4, Linux/Redhat 5.2, Mac 8.5.1 Verified Fixed. Checked Preferences and there are no panels for identity, mail servers or news servers.
