Expected:
Gaia boots properly
Actual:
Device stuck on system app's boot logo
Reproduced 100% on my Nexus S. A build from saturday was booting mostly fine.

Doing a local revert of bug 1089764 fixes the issue for me.

Hm, the log indicates that IndexedDB is not allowed to store more data for an app.
However apps which have "storage" in the manifest shouldn't track quota at all.
So I guess that the app doesn't have "storage" in the manifest.
Can you try do add it ?
