This issue can be repro on Woodduck 2.0M and Flame 2.0/2.1/2.2/3.0, after setting time format as 12-hour, On Woodduck 2.0M and Flame 2.0, the time in status bar shown as "3:05 PM", but on Flame 2.1/2.2/3.0, the time shown as "3:05" at status bar. On lock screen, time of Woodduck 2.0M and Flame 2.0/2.1/2.2/3.0 shown as "3:05". [Blocking Requested - why for this release]: Re-nominate this since it is a common issue. Bad user experience and inconsistent behavior. I suggest to fix it on latest branch.
