Apparently, my patch for bug 674779 makes this perma-orange on Linux64.
I may have a fix in bug 674779. To be verified.
Apparently, deactivating the AddonWatcher makes this test pass.
This is basically always a dead CPOW failure these days. Let's get it on the e10s radar.
