Any ideas on this Stephen? To be fair, the tab hover is now darker than it was when this bug was reported, but there's still not a ton of contrast. Maybe we could:
* Put a top border on the hovered on sort of like the selected on has?
* Make the hover lighter than non-hover (which may be weird but has a ton more space for visual contrast)
* Add a blueish tint along with darkening the tab on hover
Seems like the light theme should be easier - just make the hover effect darker.
